Join Ruidoso Winter Park for an awesome day of family fun on our state-of-the-art tubing hill! No need to spend all day walking uphill! Riders can take advantage of our three state-of-the-art Magic Carpet Lifts before enjoying a thrilling tube ride down the hill.
Our tubing area has more lift capacity than any tubing facility in the Rockies. We have one of the largest snowmaking systems dedicated to tubing, which means we are open even when there is no snow on the ground elsewhere in the area!
While reservations are encouraged, they are not required. Tubing tickets may also be purchased at the ticket office at The Ruidoso Winter Park.
All tickets are good for three hours or until the end of the day, whichever is shorter. If you are visiting on a bonus day, your ticket is good for the entire day!
Twilight tubing times: 3:30 p.m. – Close (BEST RATES!)
Daytime tubing times: 10 a.m. – Close
Holiday tubing times: 9 a.m. – Close
Call to check for earlier closing times.
Riders on the Big Hill must be at least 46″ tall. Please note: Smaller children are not allowed to ride on laps! If your child is 42″ tall or shorter, they can take advantage of the Kidz Korral.
Our family-sized tubes can carry four to six riders each! All multi-passenger tubes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, conditions permitting. Weather conditions may also determine their availability. Giant tubes are not always available, but you are allowed to link riders to form a train on our regular tubes! Giant Tubes are not allowed to chain together.
By popular demand we have expanded our Kidz Korral. The korral is a designated area exclusively for our smaller guests, under 42″ tall. No one taller than 42″ may ride in the Kidz Korral. Mom or Dad may help their child but may not ride with them in this protected area. Mom and dad may ride with their child on our “A” lift, which serves four intermediate slopes, provided that the child is 36″ tall or taller.
